NO SEX AND ABU DHABI Although the United Emirates’ Abu Dhabi is one of the scripted settings in the highly-anticipated Sex & The City 2 movie, the Associated Press reports that the city may not even show the movie when it is released. “To the Emiratis, that ‘city’ in the (movie) title sounds like it’s referring — logically enough — to their Abu Dhabi rather than New York,” Leila Hudson, graduate director of Near Eastern studies at the University of Arizona, told the AP. “That’s a little too in your face.” The first Sex & The City Movie was also not shown in Abu Dhabi and all of the Abu Dhabi scenes for the Sex & The City 2 were filmed in Morocco. She said: “Pat Field is indispensable. We could not tell the story without her - period. ”Pat has a specific iconic role in the city that is real. She has a historical place in fashion that is now real. She has a sensibility that nobody else has. ”You can argue with it and not always agree with her aesthetic but it is unique and her own. It suits these women. It especially suits my character. GossipCenter.com: Taking care of some publicity duties, Kristin Davis was spotted arriving at the ABC Studios in New York City today (May 13). The beautiful brunette has been full-steam-ahead on the promotional trail for her new movie “Sex and the City 2” which hits theaters later this month. In a recent interview, Ms. Davis confessed that while she loves her career, she is sometimes regretful that she never had kids. “I can’t say a lot about the next movie but Charlotte has children and so she’s part of that world and it’s fascinating. I have friends with children and sometimes have moments where I wish I had that, and sometimes it’s a good thing I get to go home. It’s loud over there!”
