KIM AND HER CAMEL NWOnline.com: Kim Cattrall recently appeared on the Jonathan Ross Show where she hinted on details of Sex and the City 2 Movie. The 53-year-old star confirmed that the girls had finally finished filming the highly-anticipated second Sex and the City movie. While she unfortunately didn’t reveal much about the plot of the sequel, she did chat candidly about filming in Marrakech. “It was really fascinating to take these four strong independent women from a completely different society and plop them into that world. And all the storylines that happen from that are extraordinary. There was one particular day where I spent almost 12 hours on a camel in the Sahara.”

MORE TALK ON SATC 3 As we have previously reported, there is now more talk on the rumoured THIRD Sex and the City Movie, which allegedly begins shooting soon (other reports state they were filming both 2 & 3 at the same time). According to The Sun, studio bosses are keen to move forward with another instalment in the comedy series before the lead actresses - Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon - start to look too old. ”There is also a third movie on the go. It’s under wraps for publicity reasons,” a source reportedly said. “It makes sense to film the second and third movies back-to-back. The characters will look a lot younger on screen when the third movie is out in a couple of years.” The insider added that a third SATC film spinoff will likely be the last: “They’re keen to look as young as possible because that movie will be their last. They want to go out on a high.” UPDATE: ”This is not true,” a New Line Cinema rep tells UsMagazine.com. Zoom

CRUZ TALKS SATC 2 ShowBizSpy.com: Penelope Cruz was persuaded to take part in the upcoming Sex and the City movie sequel because she’s a huge fan of its star, Sarah Jessica Parker. The Oscar-winning actress is refusing to spill any on-set secrets but she has said she has a specific character in the sexy sequel and has to play opposite SJP. “It’s a little cameo that I did,” said Cruz. “I shot a half a day, and I did a cameo because I’m a very big fan of the show and Sarah Jessica Parker — she is such an amazing actress. But they don’t really want me to say anything about the scene or the story. “It was written somewhere that I was playing myself but that is not true. I play someone else but I can’t say any more about it. I was only shooting for three hours. “It was a little collaboration that I did because I am a huge, huge fan of the TV show and the movie. And Sarah Jessica Parker is such a nice woman, she is like an angel.” Zoom
